Administrative Requests

Central York Fire Services can provide inspections, incident reports and file searches. Learn more about the processes below.  

To request an Incident Report for your property, please email info@cyfs.ca or submit a written request to:

To request a fire inspection for your property, please email info@cyfs.ca or send a written request to:

 Please include the following with your request:
   • A letter identifying the property and/or business to be inspected
   • Written authorization from the current owner (letter of consent)
   • A cheque payable to Central York Fire Services for the applicable fees

To request a file search of a building, including outstanding inspections please email info@cyfs.ca or send a written request to:

   • A request letter noting the address of the requested property
   • A signed authorization form from the property owner 

    • A cheque payable to Central York Fire Services for applicable fees
